I’m a small business, does Digital Audio fit my needs.
It definitely does. Digital Audio works for small businesses perfectly. Unlike radio or TV you can target a very small, specific region or location. You can run small budget campaigns ($500 per month) and run a local message.
How do I get things going with Digital Audio
Simple submit your details/enquiry, choose a budget and we will be in contact with a plan for you. From there either submit your audio or we can record for you.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Our monthly packages start from $500. This figure we believe will give you the best start in getting your message out. Although if you have a large target area ie National this budget may not be sufficient.
How do you define your prices.
We only charge you for completed listens which we price at a flat rate of $40/CPVL (1,000 full ad plays) the $500 budget gives you 12,500 ad plays.
Can I change my package amount?
You can update your budget at the end of the month/end of campaign duration only. To allow for the best optimisation to your audience.
Can I target a list of postcodes?
Yes, you definitely can. These will be requested once you have accepted the initial proposal. They wlll need to be supplied by csv file.
What if I don’t know my target postcodes?
We can also target via a location and radius. ie 5km around your business location.

You do have a few options however it is best to keep your targeting broad if you have a small target location. Some of these

It sure is, you can download a pdf version of your live dashboard and send it to whomever you like.
I already have a radio ad can I run that.
Yes, you certainly can. However please ensure you have the correct usage rights in place and that the audio is in line with our Ad Guidelines.
I would like an ad made. What is the process and cost.
Our ad production costs start from $500 for a custom script and recording. Once you have approved the insertion order the next step will be to work on getting the material. If you have an ad supply that to us. If you need an ad we will have you complete the ad brief form and get started on production.
How long do I have to wait for my ad to be produced?
We generally have everything turned around in 24hours from when we receive the full audio ad brief. There may be delays with this if we are sourcing a specific voice or have a few ads in the queue.
I really don’t know what I want or like. Can you write the whole script?
No problems. We can write a script for you but we are limited to 2 revisions once we have provided the script for you. The clearer the brief up-front the better.
